Call for action, sail for change!
In summer of 2012 we transformed our ship into social laboratory, sailing along the Baltic sea. As part of a global movement, we researched and experienced perspectives of sustainability beyond the Bermuda triangle of green growth, green economy and green development. It seemed to us like a historical moment, opening windows to new ways of human life on earth.
What does it mean to realise collective decision-making? How does post growth and solidarity economy look like when we plan our work? What should we consider when going for renewable energy approaches? When talking about sustainability, we wanted to fill this popular buzzword with approaches that go beyond our daily patterns of consumption and competition. Approaches we want to believe in!

On our daily blog, we shared pictures and adventures as much as scientific analysis by the researchers on global development Ulrich Brand from Vienna and Subir Sinha from London. Here, you will be able to understand what’s the truth behind green economy and what tangible alternatives we can build.
